Return Window

At Flawluxury, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original condition and packaging
  • Unused and unworn
  • With all original tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Items damaged by normal wear and tear

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service at returns@flawluxury.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping label
  4. Package items securely and ship using provided label

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

  • Send you an email confirmation of receipt
  • Process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Refund to your original payment method

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at the same email address and send your item to the address we provide.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items unless the item was defective or we made an error.
